1. Overview
Dz148 series air box pulse bag filter is a high-efficiency bag filter developed by our company on the basis of introducing the technology of Fuller company in the United States, absorbing the technical advantages of similar products in Germany, and combining with the actual situation of our country. It integrates the advantages of the chamber back blowing and the injection pulse bag filter, overcomes the shortcomings of the chamber back blowing dust cleaning kinetic energy shortage, and the defects of the simultaneous dust cleaning and filtering by the injection pulse, and expands the application range of the bag dust removal equipment.

2. Working principle
Dust removal process:
The dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, and the larger particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper. The gas containing the particulate dust passes through the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan after purification. ?
Ash cleaning process:
With the continuous filtration work, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is increasing, and the running resistance of the dust remover increases. The change-over valve of a certain filtering unit is closed, and the filtering unit stops working. The back blowing compressed air enters the filtering unit in reverse direction, blowing off the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag, and then the conversion valve plate is opened, and the filtering unit works again, and the dust cleaning turns to the next filter sheet Yuan. The whole ash cleaning process is carried out alternately by each filter unit. ?

4. Scope of application
It is widely used in the dust collection system of cement plant, such as crushing, packing, silo top, clinker cooler and various mills, as well as dust collection of waste gas from metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery and civil boilers. ?
5. Structural features
(1) shell part: including cleaning chamber (or gas purification box), filter chamber, partition board of compartment, access door and shell structure. The cleaning room is equipped with lifting valve, flower plate and short jet pipe; the filter chamber is equipped with filter bag and its framework. ?
(2) ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: screw conveyor, air conveying chute and rigid impeller unloader (ash unloading valve) can be set for ash discharge hopper according to different series and different inlet dust concentration. ?
(3) inlet and outlet bellows: including inlet and outlet pipes and middle clapboard. The single row (or single row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double row (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell: 32 series is smaller without box, and the air inlet and outlet pipelines are respectively connected to the ash hopper and the cleaning room. ?
(4) pulse ash cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, cylinder for lifting valve and its solenoid valve. ?
(5) compressed air pipeline and pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist device, etc. ?
(6) column, vertical cage ladder and railing. ?
