4、 Structural features
This machine is a trolley type reciprocating shot blasting cleaning machine for inner wall of steel pipe. It is composed of shot recovery chamber, shot peening device, elevator, separator, belt conveyor, shot control system, dust removal system, electric control system, etc.

1. Shot peening chamber
The shot peening chamber is composed of front chamber and rear chamber. The door of the chamber is opened by upper and lower cylinders. The combination of upper and lower cylinders adopts labyrinth combination, which increases the sealing of chamber and effectively prevents the projectile from overflowing.

The front chamber is welded by section steel and steel plate, and the chamber is equipped with a spray gun supporting device to support the spray gun. The inner wall of the protective chamber is made of a steel frame with a thickness of 6 mm, which prevents the shot body from being damaged by the projectile body. Elastic sealing curtain is installed at the opening of the front and rear chambers to ensure the flexible connection between the chamber and the steel pipe, so as to ensure the sealing effect of the equipment.

3. Screw conveyor
The screw conveyor is composed of cover, screw shaft and bearing with seat. Our company has realized serialization of screw conveyor, with high versatility and interchangeability, stable and reliable performance. The whole screw shaft is processed after welding, so as to ensure the coaxiality of both ends of the screw shaft.

4. Bucket elevator
The bucket elevator is composed of cycloid pin wheel reducer, upper and lower rollers, conveyor belt, hopper, closed barrel, anti reverse device and tension device.
The feeding port of the bucket elevator is connected with the screw conveyor, and the discharge port is connected with the separator.
The lifting machine cover adopts bending forming welding structure. There is an access door on the hoist housing to repair and replace the lifting hopper. In order to ensure that the conveyor belt does not slip during operation, the roller is made into a squirrel cage type, which not only improves the friction force between the lifting belt and the belt pulley, but also reduces the preload of the lifting belt and prolongs the service life of the lifting belt.

6. Projectile control system

8. Steel pipe conveying and lifting system

9. Steel pipe rotation system
When the steel pipe lifting system is dropped, the steel pipe contacts with the rotation system, and the rotation system is started to make the steel pipe rotate. At the same time, the spray gun can be opened to clean the inner wall of the steel pipe. All the rotating devices are active rotating wheels, which can effectively prevent the rotating wheel from slipping with the steel pipe, resulting in the steel pipe not rotating.

Internal sand blasting equipment
1. The steel sand recovery system of internal sand blasting equipment is mainly divided into two types: conveyor belt type and screw conveyor type.
Conveyor belt is low price, simple and easy to repair.
Spiral structure is relatively complex, and the fault is not easy to repair. The common steel pipe 4-position sand blasting is generally triple helix. Once a screw is damaged, it must be shut down for maintenance. At the same time, the auger belongs to wear parts, and the replacement cost is high. The installation space of the auger is narrow, and the maintenance and maintenance is inconvenient. The inspected unit adopts the enclosed space, which can be effective It can reduce the harm of steel sand.
Therefore, it is suggested that the conveyor belt should be above the ground, which is convenient for repairing and cleaning the steel sand. Disadvantages: the feeding frame, discharging frame and the whole set of equipment deviate from each other.
2. It is suggested that the whole set of hoist should be above the ground for easy maintenance and cleaning of steel sand. Even if the hoist part is in the pit, the pit should not be too deep, and the area should be larger to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of steel sand. At present, the hoist part of the hot forging plant is under, and the foundation part is narrow, so the maintenance and cleaning work is very inconvenient.
3. It is recommended to install steel sand and dust separation device and add a set of vibrating screen to separate dust from steel sand to prevent dust in sand valve and water scaling in compressed air from blocking sand valve.
4. It is better to add cyclone to the front section of the dust collector, which can remove the large particles of steel sand in the dust. When there is no cyclone dust removal, a device is added between sand blasting and dust collector to prevent steel sand from entering the dust collector.
5. The upper end of the sealing box where both ends of the steel pipe (sand inlet end and sand outlet end) are located should be connected to the dust collector or cyclone dust collector to reduce dust entering the workshop.
6. It is better to have an alignment device at one end of the steel pipe sand inlet when feeding, so as to improve the efficiency.
7. The sand outlet box should be long, and the steel pipe to prevent internal sand blasting is too short to sandblast. The length of the box should be determined according to the length of the heat insulation pipe. The steel sand should be protected on one side of the box to prevent the steel sand from being pierced through for a long time.
8. If there is flange sealing in the dust collection pipeline connected to the dust collector, it is better to seal it. (flange connection with rubber gasket)
9. One end of the sand inlet of the steel pipe is equipped with a rotary bell mouth, which should be wear-resistant (a certain number of spare parts are required). There should be a short joint of a certain length between the bell mouth and the rotating bearing to ensure that the gun head can enter the steel pipe to be sandblasted smoothly.
10. The cylinder used for material transfer in the workshop should be the cylinder with tool processing diameter of 95, which is durable and can jack up the outer pipe of heat insulation pipe. (it is the best to use the center frame of the oil pipe processing line to install the cylinder and the feeding mode, and the noise is low.)
11. If the pipe connecting the dust collector has a hose, it is easy to wear through and not durable. Steel pipe is selected, and all air pipelines must be made of steel pipe.
12. The control cabinet (operation console) is better to be in the house alone. There is a lot of sand blasting dust inside and outside, and the electrical parts are easy to be damaged.
13. The more simple the electrical control part of the console is, the better. Do not blindly pursue full-automatic control, and it is not easy to repair the fault. The best choice of gas valve on site is 24 V solenoid gas valve, which is safe and maintenance safe.
14. Galvanized pipe shall be used for cable crossing on site. Rubber wire and rubber sleeve wire shall not be used for cable line, which has short service life and long service life shall be selected. The equipment is required to have drawings and instructions for easy repair.
15. Sand tank shall have all data (pressure vessel) and relevant certificates or supporting materials.
16. The gun head is a vulnerable part. It is recommended to take more gun head accessories (easily damaged and vulnerable parts). The special pipe factory designed and processed by the special pipe factory can be used.
17. It is not easy to use too few rotating devices for internal sandblasting. Otherwise, the rotation of steel pipe is easy to swing (four groups are the best, currently there are three groups of hot forging, no less than three groups), and the rotating wheel must guarantee a certain thickness, otherwise the wear is too fast.
18. According to the production experience of hot forging plant: 3-4 times for external sand blasting equipment and 3 times for internal sand blasting (25-30 minutes / 4 pieces for each group)
19. It is suggested to select 4 working positions for internal sandblasting. The six stations are too complicated. Once some of them are not sprayed clean, it is difficult to separate materials.
20. The protective covers at both ends of the internal sandblasting equipment shall be equipped with guard fixing device (after the cylinder lifts the shield, hook it with the steel wire rope with hook to prevent the raised protective cover from falling down and injuring people due to inaction or power failure during maintenance).
21. It is better to install the dust remover in a separate workshop, otherwise it will be very dirty around. When it rains and leaks, the filter device or bag inside the precipitator will agglomerate and cannot be used.
22. The sand inlet at the lower end of the internal spray elevator is added with sand mesh to prevent large objects from entering the elevator and blocking the elevator.
23. After the inner sandblasting, the inner hole blowing device is added to blow the steel sand and dust on the inner surface.
24. Add a large valve at the lower end of the sand tank (without affecting the sand loading valve), so as to remove the sand in the sand tank during maintenance. When it is not used for a long time in summer, the steel sand should be discharged to prevent caking.
25. It is suggested to ask the manufacturer how to ensure that the sand tank car does not gnaw the rail during operation, and how to ensure straight forward and backward.
26. Frequency converter can be selected for sand tank car operation, other operation is better not to be used. The overall price of inverter selection equipment is high, and it is easy to break down.
27. It is better not to have trench inside and outside the sandblasting workshop. It is more difficult to clean the steel sand. If it is not cleaned, it is easy to agglomerate and waste too much.
28. It is better not to install the power distribution cabinet in the sandblasting workshop inside and outside. The power distribution cabinet should be installed in the house with good airtight effect.
29. The air volume required for internal sand blasting is large. To ensure the air pressure during sand blasting, a suitable air storage tank is required. The air storage tank should have all information and be equipped with safety valve. The pressure fan should not be too far away from the internal sand blasting equipment, and should not be placed in the sandblasting workshop, but in a better sealed room.
External shot blasting equipment
1. It is recommended to use double station for external sand blasting equipment, otherwise, it will not meet the production capacity requirements when the output is high.
2. The inner wall protection plate of the external shot blasting equipment must be installed between the protection plates, and there is a large gap due to no one. Otherwise, the shell is easy to be broken, resulting in the danger of steel shot injury. The air outlet connecting the dust collector and the external spraying equipment shall be equipped with appropriate isolation device (preferably with guard board) to prevent steel sand from entering the dust collector.
3. The inlet and outlet of the steel pipe of the external shot blasting device must be equipped with protective plates. The smaller the outlet, the better (different baffles can be made according to different pipe diameters) to prevent the inlet and outlet from being damaged.
4. The steel sand thrown out by the shot blasting device must be hit at the center of the roller, otherwise the shot blasting effect is not good. The shot blasting device must be installed horizontally instead of inclined (affecting the subsequent debugging, use and maintenance, etc.). There must be a sand net at the lower sand mouth of the top elevator to prevent large objects (protective caps) from entering the shot blaster or hard objects from entering the shot blaster to break the blades (the blades are relatively brittle and easy to be broken when they collide with large objects when rotating at high speed).
5. According to the current experience, the bag of dust remover (bag type) may be too expensive and its service life is not long. The internal filter device of sand blasting dust remover in Xinda company is intuitive and effective. It seems that the price is long and the service life is not expensive. Further understanding is needed.
There is a dry compressor at the back end.
7. The air volume of the dust remover is reserved to ensure that the dust removal effect will be reduced after using for a period of time.
8. The wall thickness of the elevator shell should not be too thin and easy to wear and leak. What is the thickness of the sand tank (recommended to be 8mm)? If it is too thin, it is easy to wear thin for a long time. The steel plate wall thickness of all equipment should have requirements, otherwise it is easy to wear and leak if it is used for a long time.
9. During installation, all air pipelines and soft air pipelines connecting cylinders and valves should be hydraulic pipelines to reduce air leakage points and save energy. The plastic air pipelines used previously should not be used.
10. The galvanized pipe larger than 6 "shall be selected for the metal air pipeline, and the bending shall not be flat.
11. The internal and external sandblasting should be carried out in two workshops to prevent mutual influence. From the perspective of safety, it should be in two workshops.
12. The internal and external sandblasting racks are independent to prevent mutual influence.
